INFORMATION ON PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING ART. 13 EU REGULATION 2016/679

This document has been drafted in order to allow the User (data subject) to understand how personal data is processed within the use of the site www.nicolinisilvana.com (the "Site"), pursuant to and for the purposes of EU Regulation 2016/679 ("GDPR"). Personal data is processed in accordance with the law laid out in the aforementioned regulations and in accordance with the privacy obligations prescribed therein.

1. Data Controller

The data controller is NICOLINI SILVANA S.R.L., with headquarters in V.le Rimembranze n. 5, 46033 Castel d'Ario - Mantova, Vat number 02107590206.

2. Data supplied by the User on a voluntary basis

The compilation of the contact form on the Site involves the Data Controller's acquisition of the sender’s contact details (name, email address) needed to respond to the same, as well as all personal data included in the communications sent.

3. Browsing data

During their normal operation, the computer systems and software procedures used to operate this Site automatically acquire certain data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols. This category of data includes, for example, the IP addresses or the domain names of the computers used by the User to connect to the Site and other parameters relating to the operating system and IT environment used by the User. This data is processed for no longer than is strictly necessary, for the sole purpose of obtaining statistical information on the use of the site and to check that it functions correctly.

4. Cookies

Cookies are not used for user profiling, nor are other tracking methods used.
The Site uses:

  • first-party technical and analytical cookies. The User can disable them by selecting the relevant setting on his or her browser, but this may prevent him or her from using all the features of the Site.
  • third-party analytical cookies: Google Analytics, the web analytics service provided by Google. For more information, please refer to the Google Privacy Policy: http://www.google.com/intl/it_ALL/analytics/learn/privacy.html. The suspension of the detection and use of cookies by Google Analytics can be requested at any time. To this end, Google provides a deactivation module for the user's browser: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=it.

  • 5. Purpose of data processing

    Personal data collected through the compilation of the form is used:

  • a) to recontact the User and process any requests contained in the message sent through the form;
  • b) to fulfil obligations under the law, regulations or community legislation.

  • 6. Legal basis for processing

    The processing of the above data is based on its legal basis:

  • in the data subject's consent to the processing (for the purpose referred to in point 5.a above);
  • in the legal obligations to which the Data Controller is subject (for the purposes referred to in point 5.b above).

  • 7. Processing methods

    The data is processed using electronic, telematic and paper means.

    8. Disclosure of data

    The data may be communicated to:

  • personnel authorised for data processing;
  • third parties duly appointed as External Processors, including, by way of example, the computer equipment maintenance company;
  • subjects who can access the data by virtue of the law, or EU legislation, within the limits provided for by law.

  • 9. Transfer and dissemination of data

    The User's personal data will not be transferred to third countries not belonging to the European Union. The data will not be disseminated in any way, "dissemination" intended as communicating it to undetermined subjects in any way, including by making the data available or consulting it.

    10. Retention period

    The data provided through compilation of the form is converted into an email message that could be stored in the email reception system used by the Data Controller for the time strictly necessary to process the User's request.

    11. Exercising rights

    At any time the data subject has the right to exercise access, obtain cancellation (right to be forgotten), limitation, updating, rectification, portability, opposition to the processing of personal data concerning the same, and in general to exercise all the rights provided for in articles 7, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 of the GDPR.

    The User who believes that the processing of personal data referring to him or her through this site is in violation of the provisions of the GDPR has the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor as established by art. 77 of the GDPR, or to address the appropriate judicial offices (art. 79 of the GDPR).
